• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are typically credited to your balance within 15 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• If bonus rollover requirements have not been met, the total balance cannot be withdrawn.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Every bonus has an expiry date—once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fulfilled.

Rollover Requirements

Right to Modify Bonuses

09bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing bonus at any time. However, such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed.

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to launder money or channel illicit funds through the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

09bed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• If prohibited activity is proven.
• Repeated failures to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at the support team.

Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team in writing. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the closure is completed.

Terms & Conditions Update Policy

09bed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of 09bed after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. We therefore encourage you to review this page on a regular basis.
